Privacy Policy
How NEXO handles the personal information you share through this website. The responsible party is Liquid Crystal LLC, operating under the NEXO brand. We collect only what is needed to respond to you and to provide our services.
- 01
Information we collect
Contact details you provide (such as name, email, phone and country), the content of your messages or requests, and your preferred language and contact method. Bookings for Executive sessions are handled through our scheduling and payment provider, which receives the details needed to confirm your session.
- 02
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and deliver sessions, send confirmations related to your request, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.
- 03
NEXO Recovery inquiries
Recovery consultation requests may contain sensitive information about health, substance use or family situations, and are treated as sensitive. They are used only to receive the request, review whether NEXO may be appropriate, contact the person who submitted it, coordinate the support requested, manage any resulting client relationship, and comply with applicable legal or safety obligations. Access is limited to the people directly responsible for reviewing requests.
- 04
Share only what is needed
Please do not send medical records, diagnoses or a full history through the initial Recovery form. A brief description is enough to arrange a first confidential conversation.
- 05
Information about another person
When a family member or someone close submits a request about another person, they should include only what is reasonably necessary for the inquiry. Submitting information about someone does not give the requester a right to receive that person's confidential information later; if NEXO works directly with an adult, their information is shared only with their consent or where safety or legal obligations require it.
- 06
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers that help us operate this website, scheduling, payments and email — and only as needed for those purposes — or when required by law. Recovery information is never shared with family members or other professionals without the appropriate consent, except where safety or legal obligations require it.
- 07
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
- 08
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to its use, by contacting us through the contact page.
- 09
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how pages are used. The content of forms — including Recovery requests — is never sent to analytics.
- 10
Changes
We may update this notice. The current version is always published on this page.
